DJ/Producer Mario Maroto started his career as a DJ more than 10 years ago
as a drum & bass DJ. During this time he played and headlined at basically
every single club in Costa Rica, including the famous Club Vertigo incalculable
times.
Now as a Techno and Tech House DJ/ producer, Mario has signed with 82
Recordings, Land of VooDoo, Half Seas Over Recordings, Killing Machine
Records and SubSensory Recordings. His tracks are already being supported
by some of the most well known DJ's worldwide, including Dubfire, Steve
Lawler, Ida Enberg and Kabuto & Koji.
His mixes are all surgically precise and harmonically fluent in a much sought
out manner. His latest CD, The Latin Techno Mafia Mix, drew huge praise during
WMC 2009 and played live on The Womb Radio.
Mario Maroto is now residing between Portland, Oregon and San Jose, Costa
Rica.. He has played at various venues such as Skyline , the Electric Pickle, the
world famous, Club Space in Miami and The Crown Room in Portland to name a
few. He is also one of the UNMUTE resident Dj's in Miami. Don't miss his
